Part 1- Final Exam

Measurement. The student uses standard tools to estimate and measure time and temperature (in degrees Fahrenheit). The student is expected to:
(A) read a thermometer to gather data;
(B) read and write times shown on analog and digital clocks using five-minute increments; and

(C) describe activities that take approximately one second, one minute, and one hour.

  • Here is a game called Thermometer Quiz! This game is very helpful in learning how to read a thermometer. It tells you certain temperatures and requires you to find where the temperature is on the thermometer.
  • For time here is a game called Math Clocks and Time! For this game the student is quizzed on time. It asks them to find different times. This game will definitely help them master time telling.
  • After the students have played these games they will definitely find it easier to tell time and read temperature.
