The Sandy Hook incident was not what anyone was intending, but as a teacher you should always think of the worst and try to make a plan to protect you students from mayhem. Something I think our country should do to protect our students is make every student wear their I.D. everyday no matter what. They should also put video cameras EVERY WHERE! And there should be people to monitor all of the doors. Most of the students wouldn't know what to do incase of a lock down because we never have drills, so maybe they should have drills and inform the students what to do incase of a tragedy. I think if we do these thing our school would be safer for the students.
